Who can use this page: anyone with the Employee role — people onboarded from People → Invite employee (see Employees & Onboarding). It's the only page an employee-only sign-in sees. Find it under People → My Workspace.

What you can do

  • See and update your profile — the card at the top shows your details, pay, salary account, government IDs and documents. Changes go to HR for approval; see Employee Profile.
  • Clock in and out with the big button. If your organization requires it, your location is recorded with each punch — the page will ask for permission. On the mobile app this works even offline: punches queue on the phone and sync when you're back online.
  • See your own attendance: each day's status, first in, last out, and worked hours, month by month.
  • See your own timesheets read-only — HR builds and approves them.
  • Download your payslips as PDFs — one per posted payroll run, with your earnings, deductions and net pay. Payslips appear here the moment payroll posts; your organization may also email them to you with the PDF attached.
  • Request leave: pick the type, the first and last day, and an optional reason. The card shows each leave type's remaining balance for the year and the status of your requests — you can withdraw one while it's still pending. If a request is rejected, the reviewer's comment appears under it. Only working days are charged; see Leave.

You only ever see your own information — the system looks it up from your sign-in, so there is no way to open someone else's. Payslips show only once a run is posted — never drafts.

Common mix-ups

  • "It says no employee record is linked." Your sign-in exists but isn't tied to an employee record in this organization — usually you were invited as a team member rather than onboarded as an employee. Ask your HR.
  • "My email is wrong." Your sign-in email can only be changed by HR or the Accountant — contact them. You'll re-verify by email code after they change it.
  • "I also do the bookkeeping." One person can hold the Employee role and working roles (like Staff or Accountant) on the same sign-in; then you see both My Workspace and the regular pages. If you were a member first, approving your onboarding adds Employee beside your existing roles.
  • "I can see everything but can't clock in." Your organization has more sign-ins than its plan allows, and yours is one of the newest, so it is read-only for now. Ask your administrator to upgrade or add seats.
